Account data: name, email address, company, and login details you give us when you create or use an account.
Billing data: the fact of a subscription, the amount, the currency, and the invoice details needed to charge you. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe. ZynRg does not store your card number.
Usage data: how you use the website and the ZynRg application, including technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Support messages: what you send to customerservice@zynrg.com or through the contact form.
We use this data to provide the subscription you bought (contract, GDPR article 6.1.b), to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation, article 6.1.c), and to run, secure, and support the service (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f).
We keep account and usage data for as long as the account is open, and then only for as long as we still need it to handle a dispute or a legal claim. Bookkeeping records are kept for seven years, as Swedish accounting law (bokföringslagen) requires.
Stripe processes card payments for us. Stripe's own privacy policy describes how Stripe handles card data.
The company that hosts this website and the ZynRg application processes the data needed to run those systems, on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data.
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to customerservice@zynrg.com.
