Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown at checkout, and they renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We sell to businesses. We do not sell to private individuals, so the 14-day cooling-off law does not apply. We still offer to revert an order if you regret it, within 14 days. Email customerservice@zynrg.com.
Consultancy and other project work is invoiced under the written agreement. Refunds for that work are decided case by case under that agreement.
